and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

unenforceable under English and Welsh law, the remaining provisions will
continue to be valid and enforceable. If any unlawful or unenforceable provision
can be made lawful or enforceable by removing part of it, that part will be
deemed deleted, and the rest of the provision will remain in effect.
Entire agreement...
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PBT
Media Relations Ltd. regarding your use of our services, both online and
offline, and supersede all previous agreements related to your use of our
business services.
Law and jurisdiction...
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance to
the laws of the United Kingdom (English and Welsh), and any disputes relating to
these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of the United Kingdom (England and Wales).
Payments...
All invoices must be paid in full within 15 days from
the start of the contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PBT
Media Relations Ltd, or if payment is made via PayPal as outlined on
this page.
Instalment payments set up via PayPal will require the paying account
holder to inform us of any issues in paying that they might have,
Failure to pay an instalment will result in the
account being required to be paid the remaining amount in full, unless
agreed by PBT Media Relations Ltd in writing. This is at the discursion
of PBT Media Relations Ltd.
Your contract will automatically renew for the same duration, and you
will be billed accordingly. Any changes to the amount due will be sent
to you in advance, with the option to cancel the renewal at anytime, up
to the next renewal date.
No refunds will be given to you for any of the weeks your advert is
displayed on our websites within the agreed time frame you have
requested, unless agreed by PBT Media Relations Ltd, in writing, and
only at PBT Media Relation's discretion.
You will be liable for any additional charges incurred for payment
recovery if you fail to make timely payments.
If we remove your advertisement or stop providing your service, we will
refund any unused portion of your payment, provided you have not
breached our terms and conditions. For example, if you pay ₤800 for one
year of service, but your ad is removed after 6 months, you will be
refunded ₤400.
Payments made on PayPal will be made though PCBT
Photography, who run our online payments for us on PayPal.
Any overdue interest payments will be charged 8% above the
Bank of England's current base rate.
